Concierge Purchasing

We offer full purchasing and project management for your hospitality project if you need it, but sometimes you only need a little help.

We’ll take your project from design and budgeting all the way to heads in beds. We also offer a smaller service. Sometimes you only need a budget done, or some sourcing of materials.  Maybe you want a matrix  put together and don’t have the time. If you want to change a few hours worth of work into a full purchasing contract, we can do that, too.

Scope of Services

• Budgeting – maintain detailed budgets from the initial stages to heads-in-beds. work with the project team to review the budget, verify quantities and take-offs, and clarify any marginally defined areas to avoid omissions or duplications

• Sourcing products - domestic or overseas. We have contacts worldwide. Prepare Bid Packages using specified vendors and qualified alternates while keeping quality goods with manageable lead times at the forefront

• Purchasing – prepare and submit purchase orders and track goods from finish samples and approval drawings through delivery. Negotiate and coordinate freight logistics, warehousing, and installation

• Close-out documents – Warranties, O&M manuals, etc.
